چکیده
This paper describes for the first time in vitro mycorrhization between two wild edible boletes (Boletus edulis and Suillus sibiricus) with Pinus gerardiana. The synthesis was carried out a controlled growth chamber using peat, vermiculite, fungal medium mycelial inoculum of each fungi test tubes. tubes were regularly observed mycorrhization. seedlings P. gerardiana picked after five months inoculation to examine symbiotic association its root system B. S. sibiricus. formed dark reddish brown whereas sibiricus synthesized light orange coloured mycorrhizae. transverse sections mycorrhizae showed well developed mantle Hartig net both (B. ectomycorrhizal tested. has significant effect on overall as compared control.

Characterization of polymorphic microsatellite markers in Pinus armandii (Pinaceae), an endemic conifer species to China1
PREMISE OF THE STUDY Pinus armandii (Pinaceae) is an important conifer tree species in central and southwestern China, and it plays a key role in the local forest ecosystems. To investigate its population genetics and design effective conservation strategies, we characterized 18 polymorphic microsatellite markers for this species. METHODS AND RESULTS Eighteen novel polymorphic and 16 monomorp...

Fatty Acid Compositions of Six Wild Edible Mushroom Species
The fatty acids of six wild edible mushroom species (Boletus reticulatus, Flammulina velutipes var. velutipes, Lactarius salmonicolor, Pleurotus ostreatus, Polyporus squamosus, and Russula anthracina) collected from different regions from Anatolia were determined. The fatty acids were identified and quantified by gas chromatography and studied using fruit bodies. Fatty acid composition varied a...
متن کاملComparative bioinformatics analysis of a wild diploid Gossypium with two cultivated allotetraploid species
Background: Gossypium thurberi is a wild diploid species that has been used to improve cultivated allotetraploid cotton. G. thurberi belongs to D genome, which is an important wild bio-source for the cotton breeding and genetic research. To a certain degree, chloroplast DNA sequence information are a versatile tool for species identification and phylogenetic implications in plants. Different ch...
